A long time ago, when a carbon footprint was a mark on the carpet and ‘Organics’ were a popular touring folk music group. In a far-flung corner of a little, clean, green land, late on a Tuesday afternoon, 3 plucky Kiwis hatched the perfect plan.
Their apple trees were telling them, ‘Organic’ is the word. Share your lovely drinks and the worm will turn. You see, apple trees are quite clever when they put their minds to it. Isaac Newton would probably agree.

The first Phoenix drink was a corker – a naturally fermented Ginger Fizz. It was pretty determined to get out of the bottle and had a kick that could be downright dangerous. In hot weather it would explode if not handled gently enough.

The founders wanted Phoenix to be something new, something different. New drinks were gradually added to the Phoenix family and in 2001, we became a fully-certified organic drinks company.

Now, we’re still doing what comes naturally. Naturally. Still making our Phoenix Organic beverages locally in Henderson, Auckland. From our famous Organic Cola and other fizzy sodas to thirst quenching Organic Juices and our Sparkling Infused Waters. Nothing artificial, no preservatives, and no GE ingredients – that’s just the way we like it, and we think you will too.
